These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”) operated by Web Confidence, a Colorado limited liability company (“Developer,” “we,” “us”).

1. Use of the Site You may view, browse, and interact with the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Scrape, copy, or redistribute the Site’s content, design, or code
Use the Site to transmit malware or interfere with its operation
Impersonate the Developer or misrepresent your affiliation with us

2. Intellectual Property All content on the Site (text, design, code, images, branding) is the property of the Developer or its licensors. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.

3. No Warranty The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

5. Client Engagements The terms of any project, hosting, or management engagement between the Developer and a client are governed by a separate written agreement executed by both parties. These Terms of Use do not constitute, replace, or modify any such agreement.

6. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Montezuma County, Colorado.

7. Changes The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
